The Whisky Sour has been a crowd-pleaser for more than a century, and Archie Rose gives this classic a modern Aussie touch. With smooth single malt whisky as the hero, fresh lemon juice to cut through, and that silky egg white froth on top, it’s a drink that hits the sweet spot between bold and refreshing. Perfect for after-work knockoffs, Saturday night sessions, or when you just want to mix something that looks as good as it tastes.
